Oh my gosh...how long has it been since I've done this?!?!  Well, a lot has happened in the last 12 billion months since I've been on here.  I have loved and lost, done great at work, done terrible at school, and made tons of new and special friends.  The "relationship" (if you can call it that) I had been in for the last almost 8 months is now over.  We are remaining friends, partly because we see each other EVERY day (he's my boss :-/) and partly because we just work better as friends.  Work is otherwise going good.  School, on the other hand, is the worst thing about my life right now.  For the first time in I don't know how long, I HATE school.  New friends:  I have met some people in the last few months that really have been fun to be around and have helped me realize some life lessons.  They also have nicknamed me the "real" Meredith (this is a Grey's Anatomy reference, if you don't watch this show you obviously live under a rock).  Maybe I will right somethin later maybe not.....

Oh, P.S.  I bought the new Harry Potter book today! and Lander's sucks!!!  Bye guys!

So the car's not black or anything but she is soooo pretty!!!  She is Desert Silver (which means a dark silver) with Titanium leather (a really light shade of taupe) and all of the extras (even a really HUGE fin on the back which makes it look like a Mexican car (no offense to the Mexicans who might read this))!!!!!  Anyway I am happy with the first major purchase of my adult life!

Memphis is getting closer!!!  I have the hottest outfit picked out to wear..Beal Street watch out!!

Other news:  my cat Mitzy became an IT this week.  Poor girl, I mean "It". LOL 

I am couch shopping.  I bought bedding for my room finally.  It's sooo pretty:  it's purple and green and gold and a white down comforter!!  Ohh OHH AND there are two gold pillows with SEQUINS!!!!!!!!  Okay girlie moment over.  For now....

I have been strenuosly cleaning my apartment today.  How can one person (me) accummulate sooo much crap?!?!  I am the messiest person I know (trust me, I have to clean up after me!) and I am very disappointed in myself.  July resolution :  I will become domesticated in the way of house cleaning!  Okay, maybe not, but I will at least resolve to clean one room at a time until the whole place glistens!!!

And....now that the Cinderella moment is over I must go back to cleaning!

Guess who's getting a new Acura?!?!  I AM!!!!  My brand spankin new 2005 RSX Type-S Black with Ebony leather will hopefully arrive in Fayetteville by the weekend!  Now I just have to learn how to use this 6 speed thingy !!!!  Anyway.....

What's been happening in my life?  Well, Brodie and I broke up for good this time.  We needed to move on to bigger and better things in our lives and so I decided that we needed to split for good.  I'm okay with this....he's not.  I'm not currently dating anyone so if you know a hott guy who needs a date...hook a sista up!!!  Next, Jessica is turning 21 on July 31 and I'm taking her and her roommate April to Memphis baby!!!  We are going to get into sooooo much trouble!!!  Good time to break in the new car !!!  Work is going great:  I'm bonding with the folk there!!!  Anyway I mainly wanted to post about my car so y'all have a great day and I'll TTYL!!!   ~Amanda

Hey y'all!!!

Well, it's been a Smokey and the Bandit kinda morning .  I just got my weekly visit from the cat that I sort of "adopted" Anywho, I'm about to start getting beautiful for my day at work.  Just think, instead of Cavender's it could have been Hooter's   I think only Jess will get that joke but anyway, I would have been the hottest waitress there (isn't that saying something)!!!  After a humiliating weekend I am glad that most things are back to normal.  Brodie and I are having a long drawn out fist fight.  Actually the fight is over now I'm just sulking and "trying to emotionally recoop."  I can honestly say this time it wasn't my fault.  Enough of that.  I need to go and call my uncle to schedule a wonderfully fun and exciting wisdom teeth removal thingy.  My mouth already hurts.  It's sad when you hate the dentist and he's family!
